To support the Manager in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of training and development programmes aligned with the Company’s business strategies and workforce capability needs. The role supports structured learning initiatives, training governance, compliance, regulatory, audit and continuous improvement, while contributing to the implementation of leadership and development programmes.
- Training Needs Analysis & Design: Support and coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with business units to identify current and future learning needs in alignment with business objectives and workforce capability requirements.
- Training Programme Development: Assist in planning, designing and developing training programmes, modules, learning materials and eLearning content, either internally or in collaboration with learning partners, to support consistent and relevant learning delivery across locations.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions, including soft skills, culture, orientation/induction programmes and job-specific skills, where required.
- Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, learning outcomes and relevant performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Training Operations & Vendor Management: Coordinate internal and external learning and development activities and liaise with external training providers to support quality, relevance and cost-effectiveness of training programmes.
- Digital Learning & Content Curation: Support the curation and maintenance of relevant eLearning content, videos and training materials to support continuous and self-directed learning.
- Learning Roadmap: Support the planning and implementation of learning initiatives that build future-ready capabilities, including digital, transformation, process improvement and AI-related skills, in line with organisational priorities.
- Learning Management System: Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and relevant eLearning platforms, including tracking and reporting of attendance, completion and learner feedback.
- HRDC Funding & Compliance: Administer eTris system, coordinate HRDC training fund processes, including grant applications, claims, reporting and liaison with training providers and HRDC officers.
- Training Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, statistical reports and relevant documentation to support management reporting, governance, audit and continuous improvement.
- Training Administration: Coordinate training schedules, participant registration, training logistics, documentation and other administrative requirements to ensure smooth implementation of learning programmes.
3. Training Policy, Standards & Compliance
- Support the development, review and maintenance of training policies, SOPs, processes and documentation to meet internal standards and applicable external certification requirements.
- Ensure training activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, HRDC and Company requirements.
- Maintain training documentation and records to support certification, governance, audit and continuous improvement requirements.
- Uphold the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Company information and learning-related data.
4. Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Work closely with business units, HR stakeholders and external learning partners to support the effective implementation of learning initiatives.
- Support and coordinate assigned learning and development projects, ensuring activities are completed within agreed timelines and requirements.
- Provide relevant analysis, feedback and recommendations to support learning and development decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support the Manager in the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other materials relating to learning and development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior in support of department and organisational objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management/Development, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training or a related HR function.
- Experience in training programme design, learning content development and/or training facilitation.
- Experience in coordinating learning programmes, external training providers and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in leading a project or coordinating a team is an added advantage.
- Experience in administering LMS, eLearning platforms and HRDC eTris is an advantage.
