Job summary

CelcomDigi seeks a Young Talent Programme Manager to design, govern and deliver the end-to-end Young Talent Programme, guiding onboarding, development journeys, rotations, performance management, and transition to permanent roles.

The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand & Experience, and business leaders to attract, select, and place graduates, while shaping learning experiences for measurable growth across the programme.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing a programme end‑to‑end.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience with early‑career talent programmes (graduate, internship or leadership development) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and deliver the Young Talent Programme end‑to‑end.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand & Experience to attract and select talent.
• Create onboarding experiences and meaningful participant engagement.
• Develop structured learning journeys with external providers for development.
• Oversee rotations, performance reviews, and career placement.
