Job summary

• 8–10 years of experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing a programme end-to-end and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with graduate/young talent programmes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and deliver the Young Talent Programme end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to attract and place participants.
• Create engaging onboarding experiences and structured learning journeys.
• Track KPIs such as retention, engagement, and conversion-to-permanent roles.
• Own programme budget, governance, and reporting.
