Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a Training Operations Specialist (Contract) to coordinate training programs and manage resources across CelcomDigi learners and partners in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality learning experiences within the Training Academy, ensuring compliance and effective logistics.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in HR/training, strong stakeholder management, and experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, training, customer experience, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Experience in training coordination, learning & development, or similar roles.
• Experience in HR-related environments or industries with a strong HR background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Liaise with trainers, participants, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Manage scheduling, facilities, and training materials.
• Monitor training operations and logistics effectiveness; gather feedback for improvements.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
• Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise support staff and trainers as needed.
