Job summary

City University Malaysia is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Executive to support our HR team at the Petaling Jaya Campus and help grow our training portfolio. The role covers onboarding, staff development, and program administration.

You will manage the e-TRiS portal processes, coordinate logistics with internal and external facilitators, and collaborate with higher management to achieve L&D goals. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates who have completed an HR/L&D internship, OR candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Direct familiarity with the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal is highly preferred.
• Fully comfortable handling a combined portfolio of L&D and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, staff training, and professional development programs.
• Manage training schedules, records, and departmental HR administration.
• Handle grant applications, claims, and compliance via the e-TRiS portal.
• Work with higher management to align L&D goals and organize training logistics.
