Job summary

MISC Berhad invites applications for an HR Executive, People Development on a contract basis in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on supporting capability development, graduate programmes and onboarding governance to deliver a positive employee experience.

You will manage learning programmes, LMS records and HRD Corp compliance, coordinating with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and business partners to drive effective people development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Social Science, Education or Psychology.
• 3–5 years in HR, preferably in capability development, graduate development, talent management, onboarding or learning operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programmes and governance documentation; LMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of the MISC Graduate Development Programme, including onboarding, scheduling and assessments.
• Maintain graduate profiles, learning records and dashboards for management review.
• Coordinate with line managers, mentors, HR partners and stakeholders to ensure structured development experiences and timely feedback.
• Monitor milestones, engagement and risks; escalate issues and propose corrective actions to ensure outcomes.
• Review and enhance governance, curriculum and stakeholder communications based on feedback and needs.
