Job summary

Elsa Talent in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Learning & Capability Manager for a 4-month assignment to support the Marketing team. The role focuses on coordinating learning initiatives, managing certifications, and acting as CDSC Secretariat to drive capability development globally.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Education and at least 10 years' experience in L&D or capability management, with strong organization and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in learning & development or capability management.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule capability development and training programmes for employees.
• Manage professional certification activities for marketing personnel.
• Act as the Secretariat for the Capability Development Steering Committee (CDSC).
• Coordinate and administer LNG training programmes involving global participants.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.
• Maintain training records, certifications, reports, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for learning and capability projects.
