Job summary

ams OSRAM in Malaysia is seeking a Lean Governance Lead to define, deploy, and continuously improve the Lean Governance framework and roadmap. You will lead production system assessments, identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, utilization and cost.

You will drive implementation of Lean principles, flow optimization, bottleneck balancing, product-tool matching, and workforce productivity improvements, and coach Green Belts and Black Belts.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and continuously improve the Lean Governance framework and roadmap.
• Lead production system assessments and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, utilization, and cost.
• Drive implementation of Lean principles, flow optimization, bottleneck balancing, product-tool matching, and workforce productivity improvements.
• Coach, mentor, and train Green Belts, Black Belts, engineers.
• Analyze operational data to identify losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
