Job summary

Talentasia Consultancy in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement professional to lead initiatives that boost operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across manufacturing and logistics.

You will analyze processes, implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and PDCA, coach teams, monitor KPIs, and drive change management in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5-8 years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
