Job summary

The role requires managing projects, exploring new training technologies, and supporting business development efforts, including marketing initiatives for learning products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, leadership development, or HR management.
• Excellent oral communication: presentations, feedback, facilitation, networking.
• 5+ years designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Experience writing tender/proposal documents.
• Market insights in learning and development and digital leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours.
• Understand talent development in ICT industry and Huawei values.
• Cross-department communication to deepen training recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development programs and organizational development projects.
• Support business and practice development aligned with overseas management training plans.
• Collaborate with learning service teams and regional office to maximise program potential.
• Act as Program Solution Architect for regional management training programs and learning consultancy.
• Identify business opportunities and participate in development activities for strategy execution.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to innovative training design methods and use of new technologies.
• Collaborate on marketing and selling initiatives; design or produce learning brochures/catalogs.
