Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned technical trainer to deliver comprehensive training to local staff, partners, and customers. The role involves planning, conducting courses, and assessing trainees to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will build and maintain a regional training database, develop trainer resources, and oversee training equipment. The position requires travel and supports onsite/online delivery; the contract is 1 year renewable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in telecommunications with training experience.
• Familiar with GSM/UMTS/HSPA/LTE networks.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training to Huawei staff, partners and customers; plan, conduct courses and tests.
• Direct training effectiveness including training plan and execution.
• Set up regional training database with materials, slides and tests; manage resources.
• Train part‑time trainers and build trainer resources.
• Maintain training equipment to ensure smooth operation.
