Job summary

Westports Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the design, coordination, and execution of training programs. This role works closely with the Training Manager and key stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with organizational goals and are delivered effectively.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Admin, strong communication, teamwork, and at least 5 years in Training & Development or HR management, with proficiency in HRIS and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in Training & Development or HR management are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Development or HR management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.

• Proficiency in HR systems and software.
