Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking an AI Business Technology Leadership Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs focused on AI and business leadership.

The role collaborates with regional offices to extend training services, lead regional initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow learning offerings. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in AI-related consulting and leadership training, strong communication and public speaking

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in adult learning principles and practices.
• Have more than 5 years of experience in consulting or related work in the AI field.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, teaching, providing feedback, guiding trainees, delivering planned content, and building good relationships with partners.
• Have more than 5 years of experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs/courses.
• Experience in writing proposals for leadership training.
• As a keynote speaker, successfully conducted more than 10 formal exchanges with senior clients from operators or the industry.
• Possess strong industry and market insights (learning and development, leadership digital transformation).
• Develop strong interpersonal communication skills and abilities to quickly gain and maintain recognition from senior customer executives regarding leadership training.
• Travel long-term to the front lines to support regional training business expansion and delivery.
• Understand the demand for digital business and technical leadership.
• Possess cross-departmental communication skills to deepen the recognition of leadership training.
• Recognize Huawei's core values.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs and AI leadership training.
• Support overseas leadership training business and practice development per regional learning plan.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to maximize leadership training impact.
• Lead and support regional leadership training programs: planning, delivering activities, and acting as an expert.

• Ensure plans are delivered on time and within budget.

AI Business Technology Leadership Trainer

Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a series of leadership development programs, AI technologies and business leadership training.

In accordance with the regional learning service plan, support overseas leadership training business and practice development.

Collaborate with colleagues at regional offices to ensure the full potential of leadership training services is realized.

Lead and support the regional leadership training program, including planning, delivering learning activities, and acting as an expert.

Identify business development opportunities and participate in business development activities to support the delivery of learning programs.

Ensure that plans are delivered within the specified time and budget.

Promote the development of innovative design and delivery methods, including the use of new technologies.

Contribute to the marketing and sales of leadership training products and services, and be capable of developing learning program manual designs.

REQUIREMENT:

Knowledge and experience in adult learning principles and practices.

Have more than 5 years of experience in consulting or related work in the AI field.
