Job summary

Airswift is seeking a PMC Project Scheduler to coordinate and maintain the Integrated Master Project Schedule for a data centre project in Malaysia. You will align pre-construction through closeout with Owner requirements and implement CPM scheduling in Primavera P6.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with CPM, EVM basics, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in schedule planning and control for large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM methodologies.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Owners, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain the Master Project Schedule in Primavera P6.
• Integrate pre-construction and construction schedules into end-to-end CPM baseline.
• Coordinate with project parties to collect, validate, and analyze schedule data.
• Conduct schedule reviews and monitor progress against baseline.
• Prepare bi-weekly schedule updates, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support time impact analyses and extension of time requests.
• Lead schedule-related meetings and record minutes.
• Ensure integration with cost, risk, procurement, and EV reporting.
• Provide what-if analytics and delay mitigation planning.
• Maintain timely updates to the Project Execution Plan.
