Job summary

Airswift in Malaysia is seeking a Planner (Contract) to lead planning and scheduling for hyperscale data center projects, using Primavera P6 to baseline and track progress.

You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, manage multi-project schedules, and provide data-driven reports on critical path and risks.

With a diploma/degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years in project planning, you will ensure timely delivery and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling software.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in BM & English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with scope and milestones.
• Monitor progress with regular updates, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Identify critical path activities, float consumption, and schedule risks.
• Establish recovery strategies to address delays and ensure continuity.
• Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Drive accountability by following up on deliverables and resolving constraints.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools for progress updates.
• Prepare progress reports on schedule performance, risk status and actions.
• Support governance with compliant reporting and documentation.
• Manage multiple project schedules in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools and reporting efficiency.
