Senior Data Center Planner – Primavera P6 & Scheduling

Job summary

Airswift is looking for a skilled Planner on a 1-year contract to drive robust planning for hyperscale data center projects in KL/JB. You will baseline and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, and communicate critical paths and risks to support informed decisions.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in engineering or related fields, 5+ years of planning experience, and strong BM and English, with exposure to data centers or ELV projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of project planning/scheduling experience.
• Experience in data centers, construction, ELV, or systems integration projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in BM & English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 in alignment with project scope and milestones.
• Monitor and control project progress through regular schedule updates, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate critical path activities, float consumption, and schedule risks.
• Lead and participate in daily and weekly coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports, including schedule performance, risk status, and recovery actions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple project schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
