Job summary

Burr Computer Environments, INC is seeking a construction schedule professional to develop and manage the Primavera P6 master schedule for live projects at the Cyberjaya site. You will validate sequencing, durations, and milestones while coordinating with MEP teams, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

The role requires advanced P6 skills, CPM know-how, and the ability to produce weekly and monthly schedules, look-ahead forecasts, and narrative analyses under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years scheduling experience on large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, capable of building schedules from scratch.
• Knowledge of CPM techniques, float management, logic tying, and TIAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Primavera P6 master schedule with resource and cost loading if required.
• Create and manage WBS, activity codes, calendars, constraints, and custom fields.
• Review subcontractor baseline and progress schedules for alignment with master schedule logic.
• Coordinate with trade partners to validate sequencing, durations, and milestone compliance.
• Track critical path, float consumption, and scheduling risks; support delay analysis.
