Job summary

NCL ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking a Primavera P6 Engineer to develop and maintain project schedules for Data Center construction. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Subcontractors to ensure plans align with milestones and contractual requirements.

The role focuses on planning, progress tracking, risk identification, and reporting to support timely project delivery and client updates. Strong Primavera P6 expertise and data-driven reporting are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling is mandatory.
Experience in Data Center, Industrial, Semiconductor, Power Plant, M&E or EPC projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope and contractual requirements.
Establish WBS, activity coding, calendars, and schedule logic.
Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning into a master schedule.
Identify critical paths and schedule risks.
Monitor progress against baselines; provide weekly/monthly updates.
Generate schedule reports, S-Curves, and dashboards for management and clients.
