Job summary

SIME DARBY INDUSTRIAL SDN BHD is seeking a senior Marketing leader to oversee integrated campaigns across online and offline channels in Malaysia. You will drive brand strategy, oversee events, digital ads, content, and performance analytics while collaborating with sales and creative teams.

The role focuses on developing measurable campaigns, optimizing ROI, and delivering insights to stakeholders through KPI reporting and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or related field.
• Strong exposure to both digital (online) and offline marketing.
• Excellent skills in digital marketing, vendor management, event planning, and budgeting.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, including event execution and market visits.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads); Canva or Photoshop is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Offline Marketing: Planning and executing B2B/B2C campaigns, events, and in-store branding.
• Online Marketing: Developing and managing digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Branding & Strategy: Assisting in annual marketing planning and maintaining brand consistency. Develop promotional strategies including cost-benefit analysis.
• Channel Support: Providing marketing support to sales teams and managing promotional materials.
• Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies using SEO, paid ads, social media and email.
• Cross - Team Collaboration - Work with creative, content and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and effective marketing efforts.
• Establish clear measurable KPIs for marketing campaigns and create performance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Analyzing data for insights and optimization.
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to improve ROI.
• Review Market insights & identify target demographics and develop effective campaigns.

To collaborate with TM business units i.e CI RI, P&E Prime and and Aftermarket in the following areas :

Offline Marketing: Planning and executing B2B/B2C campaigns, events, and in-store branding.

Online Marketing: Developing and managing digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis.

Branding & Strategy: Assisting in annual marketing planning and maintaining brand consistency. Develop promotional strategies including cost-benefit analysis.
