Job summary

Wolfpack Management Consultancy SB in Malaysia is seeking a capable Training Coordinator to lead planning, coordination, and execution of corporate training programmes and events. You will supervise the Training & Programme Coordination team, ensure timely delivery, manage HRDCorp grant processes, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with trainers, venues, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Human Resource, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, corporate training administration, or programme management.
  • Experience handling HRDC Training Programmes and a good understanding of HRDC grant requirements and compliance processes.
  • Candidates who are able to start immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
  • Excellent project coordination, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or Canva is an added advantage.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for training programmes and corporate events.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate training programmes and events from commencement to completion.
  • Supervise the Training & Programme Coordination team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high service quality.
  • Monitor programme timelines, resource allocation, logistics, and overall project execution.
  • Ensure smooth on-site operations and provide guidance to the team during training programmes and corporate events.
  • Coordinate with trainers, clients, hotels, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Manage the full HRDCorp grant process, including grant applications, claims, supporting documentation, and post-training submissions.
  • Keep abreast of the latest HRDCorp regulations and advise the management team on compliance matters.
  • Review documentation before submission to ensure accuracy and minimise claim rejections.
  • Attend client meetings when required to discuss programme logistics and operational requirements.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on enquiries, programme updates, and post-training matters.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Training teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, training outlines, participant materials, reports, and programme documentation.
  • Ensure all programme records, trainer databases, and client files are accurate and up to date.
  • Develop, review, and improve SOPs for training coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Training & Programme Coordinators in their daily responsibilities.
  • Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused working environment.
  • Prepare operational reports, programme status updates, and post-training reports for management.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure all documentation is completed promptly.
  • Support management with strategic operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
