Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead workplace and facilities operations at the PKL site, ensuring a safe, reliable and compliant workplace experience for occupants and visitors.

You will oversee the Workplace team, manage vendors and budgets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across the site. The role emphasizes stakeholder management and service excellence to support business continuity.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace operations or corporate real estate.
• 2–3 years of people-management or supervisory experience.
• Degree or diploma in Facilities/Property Management, Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace and facilities operations, ensuring safe, reliable service delivery in line with requirements, SLAs/KPIs, SOPs and regulations.
• Act as primary site-level contact for workplace and facilities matters, building relationships with stakeholders and service partners.
• Drive workplace experience and service excellence, address feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, cost effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Conduct site inspections and operational reviews, identifying gaps and risks and driving actions to closure.
• Manage OPEX, budgets, forecasts, invoices and financial controls.
