• Experience with CMMS and facility management software
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement experience
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Professional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with corporate clients in a service provider capacity

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute facility management strategies aligned with client objectives and goals
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building monitoring systems
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits for safety and regulatory compliance
• Manage capital projects including space renovations and infrastructure improvements
• Analyze facility data to identify optimization opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity planning
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support workplace strategy and space utilization
• Prepare reports and presentations on facility performance and budget utilization
