Job summary

Sunway University’s PACE division seeks an experienced executive education operations leader to drive growth of its programmes, oversee enrolment, trainer development, and ensure smooth delivery across courses and venues.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and performance reporting, while safeguarding quality and learner satisfaction through strong governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in programme operations, executive education, training delivery, or business development.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong project management, budgeting, forecasting, and collections management capabilities.
• Experience managing trainer or facilitator networks; HRD Corp (HRDC) knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across corporate, government, and academic partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and development of Sunway University PACE’s executive education programmes.
• Oversee enrolment, trainer development, operations, and financial performance.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to confirmed enrolment.
• Coordinate invoicing, collections, and finance with the Finance team.
• Prepare and monitor programme performance reports covering enrolment, delivery, financials, and operational metrics.
