Sunway University’s PACE division seeks an experienced executive education operations leader to drive growth of its programmes, oversee enrolment, trainer development, and ensure smooth delivery across courses and venues.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and performance reporting, while safeguarding quality and learner satisfaction through strong governance and risk management.

The post-holder will lead the delivery of Sunway University PACE’s executive education programmes by overseeing programme growth, enrolment, trainer development, operations, and financial performance. The post-holder will also work closely with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality programme delivery, operational efficiency, and sustainable portfolio growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market demand and programme opportunities.
Develop programme positioning and go-to-market plans with key stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and drive the development of relevant, high-demand programmes.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to confirmed enrolment.
Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking.
Establish efficient sales and enrolment processes to maximize conversions and minimize dropouts.
Develop trainer onboarding, certification, and quality-assurance standards & ensure sustainability and scalability.
Manage trainer allocation and capacity to support portfolio growth.
Ensure seamless and timely programme delivery through coordination of trainers, venues, materials and logistics.
Manage delivery risks, learner feedback, and compliance requirements to maintain quality and learner satisfaction.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection.
Coordinate with Finance to support billing, collections, and reconciliations.
Prepare and monitor programme performance reports covering enrolment, delivery, financials, and operational metrics.
Identify risks early and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
5 to 8 years of experience in programme operations, executive education, training delivery, or business development, with at least 2 years of team leading experience.
Strong project management, CRM, budgeting, forecasting, and collections management capabilities.
Experience managing trainer or facilitator networks, with knowledge of HRD Corp (HRDC) requirements is an advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management \and communication skills across corporate, government, and academic partners.
