Job summary

TMF Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Corporate Secretarial professional with extensive experience to lead client service within a dynamic portfolio. You will oversee statutory filings, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence across teams.

The role requires a CGI ICMA/MAICSA membership and at least 12 years’ relevant experience, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage. This is a full-time office-based position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• ICSA/MAICSA qualification required
• 12+ years of corporate secretarial experience
• Familiar with Companies Act 2016 and Listing Requirements
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and manage client service within assigned portfolio
• Capable of handling all corporate secretarial duties and ensure statutory compliance
• Deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services with accuracy and timeliness
• Supervise and manage team members, monitor turnaround times and filings
• Coach and train staff to perform roles effectively and efficiently
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as Companies Commission of Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia
