Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad is seeking a capable project engineer to assist in planning and delivering BHS construction projects. The role involves coordinating with mechanical, electrical, control, and IT subsystems to ensure integrated system functionality in line with schedule and budget.

The position requires an engineering degree and at least 3 years of construction experience, with BHS familiarity seen as an added advantage. Open for Malaysian citizens and based in Sepang area.

Qualifications

• Recognized engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Experience with Baggage Handling System (BHS) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with electrical, control, screening systems, IT, and other subsystems to ensure overall BHS functionality.
• Develop and implement Project Execution Plans using BIM/PIM and document lessons learned.
• Monitor project progress, risks and opportunities and report to Construction Manager.
• Document changes to specs, work scope and drawings; oversee phasing and schedules.
