Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad in Sepang is seeking a Maintenance Center Operator to perform daily BHS operation from the OMT/IMT, assist with customer feedback surveys, and respond to ground handler requests. The role involves monitoring CCR/ conveyors, ensuring contract standards, and coordinating maintenance tasks.

The candidate should have a diploma in engineering fields, with 1–3 years of relevant experience for Level 2 skills or 5 years for related senior certificates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Technical Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience for Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 2).
• 5 Years of relevant working experience for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional holder.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operation Center from the Operation Monitoring Terminal (OMT) and Information Monitoring Terminal (IMT).
• Assist on Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey to obtain feedback on BHS services.
• Respond to ground handlers, feedback, and requests.
• Inform any abnormality with regards to BHS operation to the duty Technical Officer.
• Ensure support service staff performance at the required level as per contract.
• Assist BHS Operation Technical Officer in operation and maintenance matters.
• Collate operation and maintenance data timely.
• Optimize usage of available resources for operation and maintenance activities.
• Effectively utilize IT tools i.e. MS Office, BBIT SCADA.
