Qualifications

• 5 years of airport operations or analytics experience.
• Experience in performance reporting and data analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with baggage handling systems and airport operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse BHS operational performance, system utilisation, baggage processing volumes, and service levels.
• Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to support decision‑making.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and performance gaps; conduct root cause analysis.
• Support capacity planning and readiness for peak periods and events.
• Coordinate with BHS Operations, Maintenance, APOC, airlines and handlers.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives and action tracking.
• Benchmark performance against industry practices and ensure governance and quality.
