Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is delivering Baggage Handling System projects at KLIA, coordinating design, installation, testing, and commissioning while liaising with airport stakeholders. The role emphasizes schedule, budget, and quality adherence on site, guiding day-to-day delivery and progress reporting.

The ideal candidate brings an electrical or mechanical engineering degree with 3–5 years of project engineering experience, strong coordination skills, and readiness to work at KLIA on-site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of project engineering experience.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and M&E problem solving abilities.
• Willing to be based at KLIA and support site activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BHS design, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and support day-to-day delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and airport stakeholders.
• Review technical documents, drawings and contractor submissions.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor site works and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Assist with project scheduling, risk management and cost control.
