GOH BROTHERS MOTOR (DIDI) SDN. BHD in Ipoh is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Team at the Proton Silibin site. The role focuses on workshop operations, service productivity, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will coordinate manpower, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety, coach staff, and drive performance improvements at the Silibin, Ipoh branch.

Competenze

• At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the Service Team to achieve departmental targets.
• Monitor daily workshop operations and service productivity.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints when necessary.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, workflow, and workshop efficiency.
• Monitor service performance, reports, and departmental KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Coach and develop the Service Team to improve performance.
