Job summary

REGAL MOTORS HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to lead service operations alongside the Service Manager. This full-time role focuses on ensuring smooth workflows, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient repairs.

You will manage customer communications, coordinate schedules, monitor quality, and support inventory while helping develop staff and maintain high service standards across Proton vehicles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive service, preferably in a dealership or 4S centre.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle servicing and Proton vehicles preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities for multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with service scheduling, quality control, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager in daily service operations and workflow.
• Handle customer communication, service queries and complaints.
• Coordinate service schedules and technician allocations.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with specs.
• Update customers on repair progress, estimates and completion.
• Keep accurate service records and documentation.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and quotes.
• Support spare parts and service material inventory.
• Identify upselling opportunities while maintaining satisfaction metrics.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and staff development.
