Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company direction and business growth.
• Monitor operational KPIs, turnaround times (TAT), test volumes, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the laboratory to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee internal audits, external assessments, proficiency testing, and ensure a strong culture of quality and patient safety.
