The position involves developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with company direction and business growth.

You will monitor KPIs, turnaround times, test volumes, productivity, and client satisfaction while upholding ISO 15189/MSQH compliance, maintaining SOPs, risk registers, and quality indicators
