Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, sales, or operations (retail preferred).
• Proven ability to lead training across diverse teams and age groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and update training materials, programs and manuals.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training on sales, product knowledge, customer service, leadership and operations.
