Job summary

Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd (Harvey Norman) in Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional to support advertising concepts, PR activities, event planning, and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns across stores. You will coordinate with in-house designers, merchandising teams, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.

The role requires a degree in business/marketing or related fields and a minimum of three years of marketing experience, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Mass Communications or related faculties.
• Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience.
• Able to write and communicate in fluent English with good proficiency.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good ability to multi-task and attention to details.
• A go-getter and driven individual.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of advertising concepts and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate promotional ideas.
• Assist in PR management, media enquiries, writing speeches and press releases.
• Plan and execute events.
• Manage ATL and BTL advertising production and execution, and ensure all collaterals are delivered to all stores as per deadlines.
• Ensure timely and clear execution instructions are briefed to the stores and relevant stakeholders for all promotional/marketing matters.
• Work with in-house designers and merchandising teams for advertising and marketing matters.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and industry best practices.
• Prepare reports including post campaign reports.
• Manage marketing operations matters including liaising with mall managements, joint promotion partners, suppliers etc.
