Job summary

ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive the L&D agenda across the organization, partnering with managers, HRBPs and the Direct Labour Training Manager to shape capability development.

You will lead TNA, annual training planning, coordination and measurement of training effectiveness, while ensuring HRDC compliance and accurate training records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/LD or related field.
• 3–5+ years in L&D or training, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis, annual training planning, and training coordination.
• Hands-on experience managing HRDC processes, training grants and claims preferred.
• Experience with internal SMEs and external training providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end L&D programs aligned with business needs.
• Identify gaps with managers/HRBPs and translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Lead TNA and annual training planning processes.
• Develop and manage the L&D plan, calendar and budget.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external providers to deliver programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and HRDC documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
