TOSHIBA ELEVATOR (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.

in Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking a Service Sales Engineer/Executive on a contract basis to drive service revenue and deliver tailored elevator and escalator solutions. You will manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, promote maintenance and modernization services, and collaborate with building owners and managers to meet their service needs across the Sarawak region.

Qualifications

Proven after-sales experience in elevator/escalator services preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English; Malay language skills are advantageous.
Ability to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing customers and maintain long-term relationships.
Develop and maintain service contracts and ensure renewals.
Identify new service opportunities and pursue new business from existing and potential customers.
Promote and sell elevator and escalator maintenance, modernization, repair, and other service solutions.
Conduct after-sales presentations and provide technical explanations to customers.
Propose suitable service solutions based on customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to secure orders.
Monitor after-sales activities and contract renewal opportunities.
Maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants, and contractors.
