Job summary

Denave is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Malaysia to contribute to quarterly revenue and margin targets. You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strong customer relationships and proactive outreach.

You will forecast weekly, maintain D365 data, and collaborate with marketing, tech support, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue across offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and customer relationship software.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in technology or IT.
• Strong product, service, and solution understanding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to the quarterly quota for revenue and margin and related metrics.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strong customer relationships.
• Proactively call into prospects and expand base accounts to hit targets.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in D365.
• Provide weekly forecasts including units, status, decision-makers, and next steps.
• Drive revenue across options, services, and visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to sales management on performance and market trends.
• Report on customer feedback and market insights.
