BUYIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an energetic KOL & Affiliate Sales Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to lead creator outreach and onboarding for live selling and group-buy campaigns on major platforms including Shopee and TikTok Shop Creator/Affiliate.

The role offers a base salary with high upside commissions and strong GMV growth potential. You will build and manage creator networks, negotiate deals, and track performance metrics to optimize revenue.

Qualifications

1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing, KOL outreach, affiliate marketing, or business development/sales.
Experience with group-buy campaigns or an existing pool of selling-focused creator contacts is an advantage.
Solid understanding of the affiliate and creator ecosystems on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Instagram, and XHS.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written & spoken); Bahasa Melayu is a plus for Malay creator segments.

Responsibilities

Proactively hunt, contact, and negotiate deals with KOLs, KOCs, and community group-buy leaders across Instagram, TikTok, RED, and Facebook.
Lead commercial discussions covering exclusive group-buy deals, commission schemes, sample logistics, and promotion timelines.
Plan and coordinate live commerce sessions and time-limited group-buy campaigns to maximize GMV and conversion rates.
Recruit, onboard, and manage creator networks under TikTok Shop Creator Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate.
