Job summary

SimplyGood Sdn Bhd is hiring an Affiliate & Creator Marketing Specialist to drive the affiliate and creator programme across Xiaohongshu, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada (SG + MY) and DTC. You will recruit, activate and manage creators, negotiate rates and ensure profitable attribution against predefined targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• 3–4 years hands-on running an affiliate or creator programme on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Xiaohongshu in Malaysia or Singapore.
• Commercial mindset with focus on commission cost, margin and payback.
• Strong brief writing and short-form creative direction that converts in-feed.
• Livestream commerce experience is a plus for DTC or FMCG.
• Self-driven, structured and able to work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Run the affiliate and creator programme end to end across Xiaohongshu, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and DTC.
• Recruit, activate and retain creators against SG and MY targets, owning the funnel from first outreach to first attributed sale.
• Manage creator tiering and commission structures within budget and margin guardrails.
• Source creators, negotiate rates, and review submitted content against the brief before approving payment.
• Write briefs and direct short-form creative - hook angles, mandatory and forbidden claims, format specs, usage rights.
• Build clean attribution and deliver a weekly scorecard: active vs recruited, GMV by tier, commission spend, top and bottom performers, and changes.
• Run livestreams and manage creator, KOL and agency relationships against attributable GMV.
