Job summary

SKINMADE is seeking an Affiliate & KOL Specialist to grow our creator ecosystem, recruit talents, and manage relationships across major platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will work with Marketing, Content, Livestream and E-commerce teams to drive campaigns and monitor performance for business growth.

You’ll coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and activation of creators, ensuring compliance and optimizing campaigns through data-driven insights.

• Strong communication, negotiation and data-driven optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates, KOLs and content creators on TikTok Shop, Shopee and other platforms.
• Support creator campaigns, optimize affiliate performance, track key metrics (GMV, orders, CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Maintain creator databases, campaign trackers and weekly/monthly performance reports.

Job description

As an Affiliate & KOL Specialist, you will help grow our creator ecosystem to increase brand awareness and drive social commerce sales. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and content creators across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Working closely with the Marketing, Content, Livestream, and E-commerce teams, you will support creator campaigns, optimize affiliate performance, and monitor key performance metrics to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, KOLs, and content creators across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators through regular communication and engagement.
• Support creator activation, retention, and long-term collaboration.
• Campaign Execution
• Coordinate affiliate and KOL campaigns from planning through execution.
• Prepare and distribute campaign briefs, product information, promotional materials, commission updates, and tracking links.
• Coordinate product seeding and ensure creators receive products before campaign launches.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
• Content & Brand Compliance
• Review creator content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Ensure affiliate links, vouchers, and platform disclosure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track affiliate and KOL performance using key metrics such as GMV, Orders, CTR, CVR, ROI / ROAS
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and creator productivity.
• Reporting & Administration
• Maintain creator databases, campaign trackers, and collaboration records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Affiliate Center, or Shopee Affiliate Program.
• Experience recruiting or managing affiliates, KOLs, or content creators.
• Comfortable communicating and negotiating with creators for paid, barter, or affiliate collaborations.
• Able to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations using data.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, personal care, or e-commerce industry.
• Existing network of Malaysian affiliates, KOLs, or content creators is an advantage.
• Experience supporting campaigns during major shopping events such as 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Ramadan, or similar.
