Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd, a pioneer in Malaysian stationery wholesale and distribution, is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on managing major retail chain accounts and other key customers in Malaysia, with work from office (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities include account management, sales execution, product listings, promotions, merchandising, stock coordination, and overseeing Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, retail, procurement, or key account sales is an advantage.
• Mandarin fluency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Willing to travel for store visits within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Support daily buyer communication, follow up on orders, and maintain good relationships with retail partners.
• Sales Execution & Growth: Support monthly and annual sales targets, track sell-in and sell-out performance, identify fast-moving and slow-moving products, and optimize product display planograms.
• Product Listing & Promotions: Manage new product listings, verify pricing/barcodes, track listing status, and execute promotional/festive campaigns.
• Merchandising & Store Visits: Perform regular store visits, check planogram compliance, verify price tags/POSM materials, and optimize shelf visibility with merchandisers.
• Stock Coordination: Monitor retail warehouse and outlet inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• E-Commerce Operations: Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), update store branding, maintain chat response rates/ratings, and run promotional campaigns

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executivetomanage and support major retail chain accounts, other key customers in Malaysia.

• Location: Segambut, Kuala Lumpur


• Work Mode: Work from Office (Mon - Fri)


• Remuneration:RM3,000 - RM4,000 + sales incentives
