Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, standards, and procedures
• Train and guide kitchen team on food preparation and safety
• Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report shortages to management
• Check kitchen areas, equipment and storage
• Ensure safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
