Job summary

Responsibilities

Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures.
Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations.
Monitor food quality and report stock shortages or issues to management.
Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas.
Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards.
Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required.
