Job summary

KyoChon Sdn. Bhd in Selangor, Malaysia, is hiring for a kitchen team member to help prepare food and beverages per company recipes and standards. You will train and guide kitchen staff, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen.

You’ll support daily operations and assist the Outlet Manager as needed. Ideal candidates are energetic, friendly, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
• Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
