Qualifications

• Prepare food in line with company recipes, standards and procedures.
• Train and guide kitchen team on food prep, handling and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
• Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report stock shortages or issues to management
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
