ĂN VIET VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT (REAL FOOD PEOPLE SDN. BHD) is seeking a motivated kitchen staff member in Penang. The role involves rotating and mastering cooking stations—from Standby to Stir Fry—and preparing ingredients and dishes per SOP to ensure freshness and quality.

Applicants should be able to work in a non-halal restaurant and are encouraged to learn, with training provided. English or Mandarin communication is required, and shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and master cooking stations: Standby, Salad, Noodle, Grill, Fry, and Stir Fry.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with SOP, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.
