AGENSI PEKERJAAN STAREC SDN. BHD. in Genting Highlands is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, assist in sales closing, and supervise staff. Free accommodation, meals, and incentives are provided.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in F&B, at supervisory level, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays; Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are a plus.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in the F&B outlet / Kopitiam / Restaurant industry.
• Currently at Supervisory / Team Lead level.
• Good supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese to support business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily sales closing and report submission.
• Assist the Manager in menu planning, feedback on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Support in marketing and promotional activities.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training and staff scheduling.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer feedback, enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide feedback on operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate restaurant repair and maintenance matters.
• Monitor inventory and arrange supplies as required.
