Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as kitchen staff in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant or food production environment.
• Understanding of Food Safety and Operation compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to travel to different regional locations as required.
• Hands-on, capable of following SOP and adapting to new menu ideas.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong commitment to quality and operational excellence, with a focus on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily kitchen operations following SOP.
• Maintain smooth workflow and coordination between stations.
• Ensure fast and consistent food production.
• Ensure food meets brand standards and SOP.
• Monitor inventory and portioning; control wastage.
• Identify bottlenecks in kitchen flow and report.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food handling; grooming standards.
