Job summary

Jaya Grocer is seeking a Kitchen and Service Leader to manage daily kitchen operations, ensure top-quality dishes, and deliver fast, consistent service across outlets. You will collaborate with F&B expansion, operations, and culinary teams to launch new menus while upholding hygiene and brand standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in a leadership capacity within fast-paced F&B environments, with strong people management and a focus on KPIs. Travel to regional locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in a leader role within F&B operations (restaurant, café, or food production).
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant service and strong staff management.
• Understanding of food safety, operation compliance, people management, and kitchen finances.

Responsibilities

• BOH Operations: streamline and execute daily kitchen operations for smooth workflow.
• Food Quality & Consistency: ensure brand standards, consistent taste, portions, and presentation.
• Speed of Service: ensure meals are served within target timing and fix bottlenecks.
• Cost Control: manage food cost, reduce wastage and monitor inventory and ordering.
• Team Management: lead, train, schedule, and uphold SOPs and hygiene standards.
